PHMC Programs & Services
PHMC is a nonprofit public health institute that has been serving the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond since 1972. Today, PHMC continues to build healthy communities across our region and state and is one of the largest and most comprehensive public health resources in the country.
With hundreds of programs across 70 locations, we fulfill our mission to improve the health of the community by providing outreach, health promotion, education, research, planning, technical assistance and direct services to nearly 350,000 clients annually.
Our programs, affiliates and subsidiaries span service areas including physical and mental health services, addiction services, child and family social services, special education programs and support, research and evaluation, health promotion and more.
